Terms and Conditions
Products
All products sold by ChoiceCarAudio.com are brand new. Under
no circumstances do we sell used, open item, refurbished, or damaged goods.
Warranty:
All products sold by ChoiceCarAudio.com carry a
90 day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase by ChoiceCarAudio.com against
manufacturer’s defects and at the discretion of ChoiceCarAudio.com will
be repaired or replaced. Manufacturer’s defects do not include
any abuse or physical damage. Warranty returns require RMA # (Return
Material Authorization Number). In order to obtain this # you must
first send us an E-Mail requesting a Sales@ChoiceCarAudio.com.
This form is the only way to get a RMA #. When requesting this form,
be sure to include the order ID number in the subject line of the email
for our reference. Once you have received the form, follow all the
instructions on the form. E-Mail the completed form back to ChoiceCarAudio.com. All
returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, wires,
manuals and instructions. Any product received that shows any sign
of abuse or physical damage will NOT be accepted for warranty service
regardless of any other problem with the product. All returns must
be packaged to prevent damage in return shipping. All products returned
that are improperly packaged or damaged in shipping due to improper
packaging will be returned to customer with no credits or further warranty
repairs. Proper packaging is determined to be that the product should
be packaged in a box with sufficient padding inside the box around
the product to prevent damage in transit. Please remember repairs take
time. Your patience will be required for this. ChoiceCarAudio.com will
not be responsible for loss of usage of product during this period
of time nor will a loaner product be made available. Shipping costs
will be the customer’s responsibility on all returns to ChoiceCarAudio.com.ChoiceCarAudio.com will
return the repaired or replaced product for free.
All products returned to ChoiceCarAudio.com after
the warranty period will be subject to return to sender. Products will
be held until money for the return shipment is received.
Manufacturers Association:
ChoiceCarAudio.com
is not associated nor claims any association with any manufacturers’
products we sell. ChoiceCarAudio.com is an independent
Internet Discount Retailer. ChoiceCarAudio.com uses
the manufacturers name and trademarks for product recognition only and
is not with the intent of showing or representing any association
between ChoiceCarAudio.com and the manufacturers.
Manufacturers
Specifications:
ChoiceCarAudio.com does not guarantee the accuracy
of the Manufacturers advertised specifications of the product sold.
Every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of the information that
is provided for each product. Most manufacturers claim that they can
change specifications of their products without notice, so this makes
it difficult for us to always have the correct spec. Another issue
is that every product must be hand entered into the system and errors
do occur at times. If you notice a problem with one of the specs, please
do not hesitate to let us know of this problem so that we can correct
it.
Returns:
All sales are final and there will not be any refunds or exchanges
offered. This does not pertain to defective merchandise; these products
will be handled as stated above.
Shipping:
Shipping costs at ChoiceCarAudio.com are based on
the size, weight, packaging needs and the number of items in an order.
For this reason, s hipping costs will be calculated and added at the
time of purchase and will be shown as a line item on the bill at checkout.
The Ship To and Bill To addresses must match exactly in order for you
to have an order successfully processed. ChoiceCarAudio.com must
verify all shipping addresses with the credit card company prior to
shipment of any product. If you wish to have an order shipped to an
address other than that listed on your credit card, you must contact
you Credit Card Company and add a verifiable alternate shipping address
to your account information. Orders that have unverifiable addresses
will be voided. Check your e-mail often for a few days after your order
is placed to see if there is a problem; in the case of a problem this
will help speed up the process of correcting the error. All orders
that are placed with non-operating e-mails that have a billing problem
will be voided. All verified orders will be shipped within 2 business
days not including holidays or weekends, generally orders ship the
very next business day.
Damaged Products:
All orders that are placed at ChoiceCarAudio.com are
insured through UPS. Upon receiving your order, you MUST promptly inspect
your order to for any damage to the products within your order. After
inspection, if you notice damaged product you should FIRST contact
UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and file a Damage Claim Report. Secondly you
must contact ChoiceCarAudio.com at Sales@ChoiceCarAudio.com and
notify us of the situation. This will also give us a heads-up so that
we know of the problem when UPS contacts us regarding your damaged
product. ChoiceCarAudio.com will assist you in getting
the matter resolved in the quickest possible manner. The CUTOMER is
responsible for filing the damage claim with UPS. Failure to notify
UPS and ChoiceCarAudio.com within 72 Hours of the
receipt of the merchandise will result in your claim being denied.
Errors and Omissions:
ChoiceCarAudio.com reserves the right to refuse
any order found to be placed with an error in pricing on this web site.
Every effort has been made to assure accuracy. All orders placed with
inaccurate prices will be promptly voided and the customer notified
by E-mail.
International Sales:
ChoiceCarAudio.com does not sell or ship internationally.
No international credit cards, money orders or cash will be accepted
under any circumstances.
Loss and Damages:
ChoiceCarAudio.com is not liable for any loss or
damages associated with the use or installation of products sold. The
means that these products are used and the consequences that may result
from the use of these products is solely the responsibility of the
customer.

is the preferred way. The reason behind this is so that we can keep
records of the communication with the customer so that we can better
answer prolonged issues. Without doing this, the customer might be
asked the same question repeatedly which would prolong the process
